小新-15 2020(AMD 平台:ARE 版) 是聯想發布的基於 AMD Renoir 的筆記本電腦。該款電腦主要在中國大陸銷售,最相似的國際版型號為 IdeaPad 5 15ARE。

在安裝 Arch Linux 之前,請關閉 BIOS 中的 Secure Boot。在開機第一屏按 F2
就能夠進入 BIOS,按 F12
能夠進入啟動菜單。
您可以在這裡找到 BIOS 的更新:小新-15 2020(AMD平台:ARE版) 驅動列表 的 BIOS 欄目下,提供了一個 Windows 安裝程序。 使用 innoextract (1.8 版本經過測試) 來提取下載的 BIOS-E7CN39WW.exe 中的 E7CN39WW.exe,這是 Phoneix 的 BIOS 安裝器,但是它不能用 innoextract 再次提取。

F2 和 F12 keys 無法使用[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]
Windows 20H2 安裝器(消費者版本,更新於2021年2月)經測試會刪除這些按鍵進入 BIOS 設置和啟動菜單的功能。這是微軟有意為之還是只是 Windows 的一個 bug 仍然不明。目前 (2021年3月3日),這個型號的筆記本仍然在保修期內,您可以找官方售後恢復主板的 BIOS 信息。
目前的建議是:如果您想要安裝 Windows, 請使用低版本,如 1903。 我沒有測試過 Windows 中的大版本更新,請小心更新。如果可能的話,不要多重引導 Windows。

觸控板在大多數時候開箱不可用。
您需要先將其從 elants_i2c
解綁,然後再將其綁定到 i2c_hid
。
